Ingredients

  • Cheeses: 120 g (4 oz) sharp cheddar cheese cubed, 120 g (4 oz) gouda cheese sliced, 120 g (4 oz) brie cheese sliced
  • Crackers & Breads: 200 g (7 oz) assorted crackers (e.g., whole wheat, multigrain, butter), 80 g (3 oz) breadsticks
  • Fruits & Nuts: 1 cup seedless red grapes, 1 cup dried cranberries, 1 apple sliced, 1/2 cup pecans
  • Accompaniments: 1/2 cup cranberry sauce, 1/3 cup whole grain mustard, Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish

Instructions
