02 - 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced

04 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
05 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
# Method:
01 - Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat until evenly hot.
02 - Add minced garlic and sliced bell pepper; stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes until bell pepper is slightly softened and fragrant.
03 - Add spiralized zucchini and pour in soy sauce or tamari. Stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes, tossing gently with tongs until noodles are just tender.
04 - Drizzle with sesame oil and remove from heat. Serve immediately while hot.
