# Method:
01 - Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, allowing an overhang for easy removal.
02 - Combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth and fully melted, approximately 1 to 2 minutes.
03 - Stir in peppermint extract and sea salt until evenly incorporated.
04 - Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, smoothing the surface evenly with a spatula.
05 - Immediately sprinkle crushed peppermint candies evenly over the surface and gently press them into the fudge.
06 - Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm.
07 - Use the parchment overhang to lift the fudge from the pan. Cut into 16 equal squares and serve.
