06 - 1 tablespoon ketchup
07 - 1 tablespoon yellow mustard

08 - 8 small flour tortillas (6-inch)
09 - 8 slices cheddar cheese or American cheese
10 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil for frying

11 - 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
12 - 1 large tomato, diced
13 - ¼ cup dill pickles, sliced
14 - ¼ cup diced red onion
15 - ¼ cup burger sauce (store-bought or homemade)
# Method:
01 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until browned, about 5 to 7 minutes.
02 - Stir ketchup and mustard into the cooked beef. Continue cooking for 1 to 2 minutes until well blended. Remove from heat and set aside.
03 - Wipe skillet clean and heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
04 - Place a tortilla in the skillet. Top with a slice of cheese and a heaping spoonful of beef mixture. Fold tortilla in half, press gently to seal, and cook for 2 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese has melted. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
