# What you'll need:
→ Coffee
01 - 1 ½ cups cold brew coffee or strong chilled coffee
→ Tahini Blend
02 - 3 tablespoons well-stirred tahini
03 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey, to taste
04 - ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
05 - Pinch of sea salt
→ Milk & Ice
06 - ½ cup plant-based milk, such as almond, oat, or soy
07 - 1 cup ice cubes
# Method:
01 - In a small bowl or pitcher, whisk together tahini, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt until the mixture is smooth and fully emulsified.
02 - Fill two tall glasses evenly with ice cubes.
03 - Divide cold brew coffee evenly between the prepared glasses.
