# Method:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, salt, baking powder, and dried herbs if using.
03 - Add cold, cubed unsalted butter to the dry mix and rub it in until the texture resembles coarse crumbs.
