# What you'll need:

01 - 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
02 - 1/2 cup classic or non-dairy eggnog

03 - 2 teaspoons matcha green tea powder
04 - 2 scoops (approximately 20 grams) unflavored collagen peptides

→ Fruits

05 - 1 small ripe banana, peeled and frozen

→ Flavorings

06 - 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
