01 - Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
02 - Beat softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.

04 - Gradually blend dry ingredients into the wet mixture until a consistent dough forms.
05 - Divide dough in half, shape each into a disk, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
