05 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
06 - 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
07 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
08 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, optional
09 - 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, optional

# Method:
