A vibrant and beautiful brunch board inspired by the jam girl summer aesthetic, featuring a medley of jams, cheeses, fresh fruits, and artisan breads for a sweet and savory gathering.

I first created this brunch board for a sunny weekend brunch with friends. Everyone loved mixing the jams and cheeses for their own unique bites.

Ingredients

  • Strawberry jam: 1/2 cup
  • Apricot preserves: 1/2 cup
  • Blueberry jam: 1/2 cup
  • Honey: 1/4 cup
  • Whipped butter: 1/4 cup
  • Brie: 120 g (4 oz), sliced
  • Sharp cheddar: 120 g (4 oz), sliced
  • Fresh goat cheese: 120 g (4 oz), crumbled
  • Baguette: 1 small, sliced
  • Sourdough: 1/2 loaf, sliced
  • Multigrain crackers: 1 sleeve
  • Fresh strawberries: 1 cup, halved
  • Blueberries: 1 cup
  • Seedless grapes: 1 cup
  • Peach: 1 ripe, sliced
  • Roasted almonds: 1/2 cup
  • Dried apricots: 1/4 cup
  • Fresh mint leaves: For garnish

Instructions

Arrange jams and honey:
Place jams and honey in small serving bowls and set them evenly around a large wooden board or platter.
Add whipped butter:
