09 - 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
10 - 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (optional)
11 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

12 - Sliced banana
13 - Toasted coconut flakes
14 - Chopped nuts such as pecans or almonds
15 - Pinch of additional cinnamon or nutmeg
# Method:
01 - In a medium bowl or large jar, mix rolled oats, unsweetened eggnog, Greek yogurt, milk, and chia seeds until evenly combined.
02 - Add vanilla protein powder, matcha powder, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, optional maple syrup or honey, and vanilla extract. Stir thoroughly to achieve a smooth, uniform mixture.
03 - Cover the container and refrigerate for at least 8 hours to allow oats and chia seeds to absorb liquids and thicken.
04 - Stir the mixture well before serving. If too thick, add a splash of milk to reach preferred consistency.
05 - Divide into two portions and garnish with sliced banana, toasted coconut, chopped nuts, and a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg, if desired. Serve chilled.
