# What you'll need:

01 - 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
02 - 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken (grilled, fried, or rotisserie)
03 - 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
04 - 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 1/2 cup homemade croutons
06 - Kosher salt, to taste
07 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

08 - 4 flour tortillas or wraps (10-inch)

# Method:

01 - In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, cooked chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss thoroughly with tongs to coat evenly. Season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Add additional dressing if desired and set aside.
02 - Heat the flour tortillas in a large skillet over medium heat for 15 to 30 seconds per side until pliable. Alternatively, microwave tortillas between paper towels for 15 to 30 seconds. Keep warm covered with a kitchen towel.
03 - Place warmed tortillas on a clean workspace. Divide the salad mixture evenly among tortillas, positioning it in the center.
04 - Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly burrito-style. Secure with a toothpick if necessary.
05 - Present wraps whole or sliced in half as preferred.
