# What you'll need:

→ Cheese

01 - 5.3 oz mild cheddar cheese, cut into 0.6 inch cubes
02 - 5.3 oz gouda cheese, cut into 0.6 inch cubes

→ Fruit

03 - 7 oz seedless red grapes, washed and dried

→ Optional Garnish

04 - Fresh mint leaves

# Method:

01 - Cut the mild cheddar and gouda cheeses into evenly sized 0.6 inch cubes.
02 - Wash the seedless red grapes and dry them thoroughly.
03 - Take small wooden skewers or cocktail sticks and thread a cube of cheddar, followed by a grape, a cube of gouda, and another grape. Repeat this pattern until all ingredients are used.
04 - Arrange the assembled skewers on a serving platter. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
