Recipe Guide

What makes these bites fudgy?

Using oil and buttermilk in the batter adds moisture and richness, creating a fudgy texture that melts in your mouth.

Can I customize the mix-ins?

Absolutely! You can swap sprinkles and nuts for ingredients like dried fruit, crushed cookies, or toffee bits to suit your taste.

How do I prevent overmixing the batter?

Mix wet and dry ingredients until just combined to keep the texture tender. Overmixing can make the bites dense.

Are these bites suitable for gluten-free diets?

Yes, by substituting a gluten-free flour blend and gluten-free pretzels, you can make these gluten-free friendly.

What allergens are present in this dish?

It contains eggs, wheat (gluten), milk from buttermilk, and nuts if added. Check sprinkles and caramel sauces for additional allergens.
