Butter Board Dessert Version (Printer View)

Flavoured cream cheese, fresh berries, nuts, chocolate, and mint. Great for group dessert boards.

# What you'll need:

→ Flavoured Cream Cheese

01 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
02 - 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
03 - 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
04 - Zest of 1 small lemon (optional)

→ Toppings

05 - 1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
06 - 2 tbsp chopped toasted pistachios or almonds
07 - 1 tbsp dried edible rose petals (optional)
08 - 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips or shavings
09 - 2 tbsp granola (optional)
10 - 1 tbsp fresh mint leaves, torn

→ To Serve

11 - 1 French baguette or loaf of brioche, sliced and lightly toasted
12 - Extra honey or maple syrup, for drizzling

01 - In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and lemon zest (if desired) using a hand mixer until smooth and aerated.
02 - Using a spatula, evenly layer the whipped cream cheese over a large serving board or platter, finishing with decorative swirls for texture.
03 - Distribute the mixed berries evenly atop the cream cheese layer, ensuring a visually appealing presentation.
04 - Scatter chopped nuts, mini chocolate chips, granola (if preferred), and dried rose petals across the fruit.
05 - Lightly drizzle extra honey or maple syrup over the entire board, then finish with fresh mint leaves.
06 - Present with toasted bread slices or brioche for dipping and spreading; serve promptly while ingredients are fresh.
