# Method:
01 - Set oven to 300°F and line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
02 - Remove the tough stems and tear kale leaves into bite-sized pieces.
03 - Place kale pieces in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and optional spices, then toss to coat evenly.
04 - Spread kale in a single layer on prepared sheets without overlapping.
05 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, rotating sheets halfway through; watch carefully to prevent burning.
