# What you'll need:

01 - 1 wheel Brie cheese (approximately 8 oz)
02 - 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

04 - 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed if frozen

05 - 2 tablespoons chopped toasted walnuts or pecans
06 - 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves

# Method:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Arrange the puff pastry sheet on the prepared baking sheet and position the Brie wheel in the center.
