# What you'll need:

→ Potatoes

01 - 4 medium russet potatoes, thoroughly scrubbed

→ Seasoning

02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
06 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ Optional Toppings

07 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
08 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
09 - 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes

# Method:

01 - Insert a long wooden or metal skewer lengthwise through the center of each potato.
02 - Hold the skewer and use a sharp knife to slice the potato in a spiral motion, rotating from end to end. Gently stretch the potato along the skewer to separate the spirals evenly.
03 - Combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
04 - Brush or rub the seasoning mixture thoroughly over each spiraled potato, ensuring coverage between each spiral layer.
05 - Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
06 - Place skewered potatoes in the air fryer basket with adequate space between them.
07 - Air-fry potatoes for 20 to 25 minutes, turning each skewer halfway through, until crisply golden.
08 - Sprinkle finished potatoes with Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, and chili flakes before serving, as desired.
