# Method:

02 - In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until smooth and fully melted, about 3 to 5 minutes.
03 - Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly using a spatula.
04 - Sprinkle festive sprinkles or crushed peppermint candies evenly over the surface, pressing gently to adhere.
