# What you'll need:

→ Main Fruit

01 - 1 large seedless watermelon, ripe and firm

→ Berries & Accents

02 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
03 - 1 cup fresh blueberries
04 - 1 cup fresh raspberries
05 - 1 cup fresh blackberries
06 - Fresh mint leaves for garnish

→ Optional Additions

07 - 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
08 - 1 cup pineapple chunks
09 - 1 lime, sliced for garnish

# Method:

01 - Wash all fruit thoroughly under cold running water and pat completely dry with paper towels or a clean kitchen cloth.
02 - Using a sharp knife, cut a thin slice off the bottom of the watermelon to create a flat, stable surface for positioning on the serving board or platter.
03 - Slice off the top third of the watermelon lengthwise using a long, sharp knife to establish the boat structure for filling.
04 - Using a melon baller or sturdy spoon, carefully scoop out the watermelon flesh, reserving the balls or chunks in a separate bowl. Remove as much flesh as possible while maintaining a sturdy shell approximately 1 inch thick.
05 - Arrange the reserved watermelon balls or chunks back into the hollowed shell, mixing with half of the prepared berries for even distribution.
06 - Arrange the remaining berries and optional fruits artfully around the carved watermelon on a large serving board or platter to create an appealing presentation.
07 - Top with fresh mint leaves and lime slices if desired to enhance visual appeal and add aromatic elements.
08 - Serve immediately to guests, or refrigerate until ready to serve to maintain optimal freshness and temperature.
