# Method:
01 - Bake vanilla or chocolate cake according to package instructions using included eggs, oil, and water. Allow cake to cool completely before proceeding.
02 - Combine cream cheese, unsalted butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Beat until smooth and creamy.
03 - Crumble cooled cake into fine crumbs using hands or a mixer. Add frosting to crumbs and mix thoroughly until a cohesive dough forms.
04 - Portion mixture and roll into 24 uniform balls. Transfer onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 20 minutes to firm.
05 - Place candy melts in microwave-safe bowls. Melt individually following package instructions, stirring until smooth.
06 - Dip the tip of each lollipop stick into melted candy and insert midway into cake balls. Return to freezer for 10 minutes to set.
07 - Dip each cake ball into melted candy coating, swirling to coat evenly. Tap gently to remove excess coating.
