10 - 24 small squares of yellow bell pepper or cheddar cheese

# Method:

01 - Set oven temperature to 350°F (180°C).
02 - Place crackers on a parchment-lined baking sheet and top each with a slice of cheddar cheese.
03 - Bake crackers for 4 to 5 minutes until cheese is just melted without bubbling, then cool slightly.

05 - Spoon or pipe a dollop of the roasted red pepper dip onto the center of each cheese-topped cracker.
06 - Lay one black olive strip across the dip to form a belt and place a small yellow pepper or cheddar square in the center as a buckle.
07 - Arrange finished crackers on a platter and serve immediately.
