# Method:
01 - Set oven to 350°F and lightly grease a nonstick doughnut pan.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, protein powder, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt until integrated.
03 - In a separate bowl, beat eggs, then add Greek yogurt, applesauce, milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
