# Method:
01 - Wash all fresh fruits. Slice, dice, or shape as indicated to ensure uniformity.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, gently toss strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, mango, watermelon, and pineapple with lime juice and honey or agave syrup if using.
03 - Arrange the mixed fruit on a large serving platter in the shape of a butterfly, creating two larger mounds for the wings and a smaller line of fruit for the body.
04 - Decorate the wings with pomegranate seeds and sprinkle with fresh mint leaves.
