01 - 1 pound ground turkey
02 - 1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans, drained

03 - 1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
04 - 1 can (14 ounces) diced tomatoes
05 - 2 tablespoons chili powder
06 - 2 cups water

07 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, for topping

# Method:

01 - Heat a large pot over medium heat and add ground turkey, breaking it up and cooking until browned.
02 - Add the drained kidney beans, diced tomatoes, uncooked elbow macaroni, chili powder, and water. Stir thoroughly to combine.
03 - Bring contents to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover with lid and simmer for 15 minutes until pasta is cooked through and liquid is absorbed.
