# What you'll need:
→ Pastry
01 - 2 sheets ready-rolled puff pastry (approximately 8.8 oz each), thawed if frozen
→ Filling
02 - 6 tablespoons Nutella or chocolate-hazelnut spread
→ Topping
03 - 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
04 - 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (for dusting)
# Method:
01 - Set oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Unroll one sheet of puff pastry and place it on the prepared baking tray.
03 - Evenly spread the Nutella over the pastry surface, leaving a 0.4-inch border around the edges.
04 - Lay the second sheet of puff pastry over the Nutella, carefully aligning the edges.
05 - Place a small glass at the center of the pastry without applying pressure. Using a sharp knife, cut 16 equal strips from the glass edge to the pastry border to form sunray-like segments.
06 - Gently twist each strip two to three times, optionally pinching the ends together to enhance the snowflake appearance.
07 - Remove the glass and brush the entire pastry surface with beaten egg to ensure a glossy, golden finish.
08 - Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until the pastry is puffed and deeply golden brown.
09 - Allow the pastry to cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar. Serve warm or at room temperature.
