- Using a star shaped cookie cutter, cut out star shapes from each bread slice. You should get 24 stars.
- Step 2:
- In a bowl, mix the tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, chopped chives, salt, and pepper until well blended.

- Spread a generous spoonful of the tuna mixture onto half the bread stars.
- Step 4:
- Top with the remaining bread stars to form sandwiches.
