14 - 1 cup assorted crackers (gluten-free optional)

# Method:
01 - Thoroughly wash all vegetables. Slice cucumber into rounds, cut bell peppers into strips, peel and cut carrots into sticks, halve cherry tomatoes, trim snap peas, and slice radishes.
02 - On a large serving platter, arrange cucumber rounds to outline a bunny face and extend two lines for the ears.
03 - Fill the bunny face area with cauliflower florets and mini mozzarella balls to create a fluffy texture. Place cherry tomatoes to form cheeks and a mini mozzarella ball for the nose.
04 - Use pitted black olives to create the eyes and place thin bell pepper strips to depict the mouth and whiskers.
05 - Cluster the remaining vegetables around the bunny shape, combining colors and textures for visual appeal.
06 - Place hummus and ranch or Greek yogurt dips in small bowls and position them on the platter. Arrange crackers around the edge.
07 - Sprinkle fresh chives or parsley over the platter for a springtime touch. Serve immediately.
