# What you'll need:
→ Base
01 - 6 ounces cooked pasta
→ Sauce
02 - 1 ripe avocado
03 - 1 clove garlic
04 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
05 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
06 - Salt to taste
07 - Black pepper to taste
→ Topping
08 - 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
# Method:
01 - Place avocado, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a blender or food processor. Blend until the mixture becomes creamy and homogeneous.
02 - Toss the warm cooked pasta thoroughly with the avocado sauce and halved cherry tomatoes in a large bowl.
03 - Transfer to serving plates and serve immediately. May also be enjoyed chilled.
