# What you'll need:
→ Tortilla Chips
01 - 6 medium (8-inch) flour tortillas
02 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
→ Cinnamon Sugar
03 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
04 - 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
05 - Pinch of salt
# Method:
01 - Set air fryer to 350°F and preheat for 3 minutes.
02 - In a small bowl, stir together granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt.
03 - Brush both sides of each flour tortilla with melted butter.
04 - Stack tortillas and cut each into 6 wedges to create 36 pieces.
05 - Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture evenly on both sides of each tortilla wedge.
06 - Place tortilla wedges in a single layer inside the air fryer basket, working in batches if necessary.
07 - Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crisp.
08 - Remove chips and cool on a wire rack; serve warm or at room temperature.
