# Method:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or grease thoroughly.
02 - In a large bowl, mix together all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, instant yeast, and salt.
03 - In another bowl, whisk warm milk, melted butter, and egg until well combined.
04 - Combine the wet and dry mixtures and stir until a soft dough forms.
05 - Turn dough onto a floured surface, knead gently for 2 to 3 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
06 - Mix granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl for the coating. Pour melted butter into another bowl.
