# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It tastes like a restaurant dish but uses ingredients you probably already have.
  • The warm flatbread and cool Caesar salad contrast is ridiculously satisfying.
  • You can assemble it in under half an hour, even on a weeknight.
  • It's hearty enough to feel like dinner but light enough that you won't feel weighed down.
02 -
  • Let the chicken rest after cooking or it will leak juice all over the flatbread and make it soggy.
  • Don't dress the lettuce until you're ready to assemble, it wilts fast once the dressing hits it.
  • If your flatbreads are thin, check them at 3 minutes in the oven so they don't burn.
03 -
  • Use a cast iron skillet for the chicken if you have one, it gets a better sear and stays juicier.
  • Grate your own Parmesan fresh, the flavor difference is huge and it melts better from the heat of the flatbread.
  • If you like anchovy flavor, add a few mashed anchovies to your Caesar dressing for that classic punch.
