08 - 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, plus extra for topping (optional)

→ Leavening & Flavor

09 - 1/2 tsp baking powder

04 - Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips gently using a spatula to maintain texture.
05 - Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Smooth the surface and sprinkle with additional chocolate chips if desired.
