01 - 16 slices whole wheat sandwich bread
02 - 8 slices turkey breast or vegetarian deli slices
03 - 8 slices cheddar cheese
04 - 2 tbsp mayonnaise
05 - 2 tbsp yellow mustard

06 - 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
07 - 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
08 - 16 black olives, halved
09 - 1 large carrot, cut into thin sticks

→ Optional Sides

10 - 2 cups baby carrots
11 - 2 cups grapes
12 - 2 cups popcorn

# Method:

01 - Using an elephant-shaped cookie cutter, cut each slice of bread into elephant shapes, reserving scraps for breadcrumbs or croutons.
02 - Apply a thin layer of mayonnaise and yellow mustard onto half of the elephant-shaped bread slices.
03 - Layer turkey or vegetarian deli slices and cheddar cheese over the spread bread slices.
04 - Top with thin slices of cucumber and red bell pepper to add crunch and color.
05 - Place the remaining elephant-shaped bread slices on top to complete each sandwich.
06 - Position two halves of black olives on each sandwich as eyes, securing them with a small dab of mayonnaise if necessary.
07 - Press a carrot stick gently into the front of each sandwich to form a trunk.
